After waiting two hours for a seat, another customer came in who was friends with the hair dresser and she was serviced before I when I had a reservation at the time that she was cut the hair of her friend.
Friendly. Prices ok. However, my husband wanted his hair dyed silvery grey (before the trend caught on). Was told the best they could do was platinum blonde.
Honestly if I could put 0 stars I could. I went and paid $65 for a perm, my hair came out AWFUL. I was assured my hair wouldn't fall out (well it did, I had bald spots) & what hair I had left wasn't even curly. Or even wavy. After I got home and it dried, I noticed how bad it was. I knew something was up when she wouldn't dry my hair, she didn't want me to see that it didn't curl. So, I called and went by there and demanded a refund, they told me the only thing they could do was deep condition it and cut the dead ends off. The girl working (Rachel) already cut 4 inches of my hair off, it was past my shoulders and now I have a bob haircut. I had beautiful red hair before this... Now I have copper blonde because the perm stripped the color. I didn't want all of my hair gone. So I refused the haircut. The point is, I paid $65 for my hair to be at least wavy, not be burnt up, color washed out, & be frizzy and STRAIGHT. & the only thing they would do is deep condition it. Point is don't go here, they will ruin your hair and not be considerate enough to give your money back even though I didn't get what I paid for. Awful, inconsiderate rude people. The girl who did my hair was Rachel. Nothing but greed and inconsideration with this place. Will NOT BE BACK!!!
I was not disappointed with my outcome I would recommend coming here and also they we super nice and did fit me in the week I went. I like them so much I will be paying them another visit again this weekend.
Was promised a seat at 845. Did not get in u til 930. Several people were allowed to go ahead of me. Will never come here again
