The machines are starting to die. I know of one washer that still works but the dryers are all giving up. What once took 1/2 hour to dry now takes 45 minutes on the same settings. Today I came home with wet cloths.

Need an attendant. Many machines either don't work and/or take your money and then won't give it back. Very frustrating and inexcusable. Run your business like you should!

Like watching somebody kick a puppy.

The clients tend to push the tables around this way and that to suit their needs. Chairs are flung every which way. Often there is no place to sit and if there is, it's covered in filth.

Yes, there are a few dryers/washers out, but that's par for the course. The A/C works well, and the place is kept clean. Good job!

It doesn't matter though if I rate it one-star. It's the only place in town now with Roses closed. You'll go there because it's all you got. I may have to drive to Franklin, NC where the laundromats are staffed and what you would expect. I can't bare to go back really, like having to talk to an old girlfriend that made your skin crawl and unearths bad memories you'd rather keep closed off.

Laundromat is always clean and well taken care of. Sometimes crowded, and people let their kids run wild, but that's to be expected anywhere and is not a reflection on the establishment. Great place to do your laundry!

I started using this laundromat in October 2016 when it was still kind of fresh and new. It was nice then and I was so impressed. It's clear now that nobody cares about it. After merely a half year, many of the machines are broken. There is a littering of lint sheets on the floor on every visit and the tables are AWLAYS covered in some kind of white powdered slime. The place often has the wretched smell of Fast food bags wafting throughout. If you're lucky, there will be an art piece of ketchup and salt smeared onto the tables. The bathroom often reeks and forgot about hand soap as the soap-pump was ripped off the wall around month two. On on rare day you'll find paper towels.

I've slowly watched Misty Mountain Laundry go into mass decline. The clientele here is the worst and they abuse the place like somebody kicking a dog. I've come in first thing in the morning, thinking I would get to enjoy a clean laundromat only to be flabbergasted that the filth and disarray from the day before remains untouched. I sometimes eye the cameras on the wall and wonder if the whole thing is a social experiment and being broadcast to some B-tier TV network.
