Purchased a push mower less than 3 months ago and the mower now fails to run. Considering the customer service I received from their competitor, Home Depot, on similar issues, I assumed I would receive similar service and tried to return the failing mower. Unfortunately for me they would not help me in any way. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service and lack of understanding. Their "policy" restricts any returns beyond 30 days! I will not be visiting this Lowes and will remain loyal to Home Depot which I should have done in the first place!! I rarely leave reviews on anything but this is worth noting; and for others to be aware when making a larger purchase. Lowes will not standby what they sell, but simply push you back to the manufacturer.

All employees were helpful. I bought many things in several departments and found them quickly. It's always a pleasure to visit Murphy Lowe's.
It would be nice, if when you are shopping at Lowes, that someone who works there would offer to help you. Seems they see you and run the other way.
Outstanding service, it's the friendliest store of ALL stores I've been in, all employees are very helpful, they all greet you with a smile, if you need help you can count on getting it, if you ask someone and they don't know they'll find the right person to help you. They love all their customers and their furry friends, my dog loves going there and he knows when I tell him "we're going to Lowe's", it's a very happy place. The merchandise it very good quality and if something is not to your satisfaction, there's no hassle whatsoever if you want to return it.
