If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Bought the T3200 Tractor from this store. To make a long story short, the tractor has 15.4 hours and fixing to have its 3rd transmission installed on the 28th. They are made of all plastic, and was told not to pull any trailers because the transmission will not hold up. Well guess what? The transmission won't hold up without a wagon or trailer on the back of it, just regular mowing seems to be to much for this extremely high priced piece of junk. This tractor retails for 2799.00.
This is the most aggressive person I have ever encountered. Ron Ledford. We bought a refrigerator from this store on 09/04/2017 and it's still not working. Even after a tech came out and declared that the compressor was at fault. This store refused to honor exchange/ return. I am posting a video to YouTube and will come back and put url for this video. Mr. Ledford said we threatened him and if anything the video shows him and a woman that came out the back were the agressors. I am debating to charge her with assault as she grabbed my shirt off camera as we we're backing out of the store.
Friendly, helpful owners. We purchased kitchen appliances, they checked for the best price and arranged free delivery. Delivery was first rate & efficient! We enjoy going to this store & will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend them!
